Refunds initiated within the 14 days after receipt of shipment or in person purchase for new unused and undamaged items are eligible for a full refund or shop credit under these conditions:
~ Item are unused, in the original packaging and condition received.
~ Items are regular priced, non clearance or final priced items.
~ Items are returned within 30 days of acknowledgement of the refund request. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments during returns. Please insure returns for a safe and speedy refund.
Exemptions to full refunds or returns.
~ Custom or personalized orders are ineligible for returns
~ Final marked down or clearance items.
~ Large, bulk or wholesale orders have a 25% restocking fee.
~ Damage caused by misuse or handling
~ Clothing or person care products that have been worn or used.
All eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days of returned items if all criteria is met and is at the discretion of You Didn’t Ask LLC.
Damaged items return process.
All defective and damaged items and or shipments are eligible for replacements only:
~ Notification within 3 business days of delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org.
~ Proof of defect/damages that are result of shipment and or packaging. Photo and details will be required.
Once your return is received and inspected or your proof of defect/damage has been processed. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of notification.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, credit card or method of payment for pending transactions.
